VILLA BENIA Zone: San Martino di Noceto

Villa Benia construction is located in a green side of Rapallo, between lots of olive trees and jasmine: it is located in San Martino di Noceto area which is particuliarly convenient to Rapallo city center / seaside and to the highway, while remaining very peaceful and quiet. It deals with the renovation of a pre-existing real estate complex in which 16 residential units were built, in the name of comfort and harmony between external spaces, with large terraces and gardens, and between internal spaces, with large windows that allows apartments to be particularly bright. Each unit has its own independent entrance; independent heating and high-quality finishes are provided, using native and recycled materials, to better surround the natural environment. External spaces are very important for this project: large areas are assigned as private for the apartments, but large common areas are also available, like gardens and a wood portion. Apartments' layouts have been designed to satisfy everyone's needs: all units have different internal space and distribution. The area is extremely sunny and allows you to enjoy a dominant view over the greenery of the surrounding hills. Parking spaces and garages can be purchased on site.
