Savoia Palace Zone: Seaside

The historical "Savoia" building, which is located in the heart of Rapallo city at one step away from the seafront, is going to be redeveloped. The building, which originally was born as a large hotel, will partly retain its original hotel destination, hosting the Savoia Hotel on the ground floor and on the first floor of the building. On the upper floors, prestigious private homes will be built, focusing on great details and a suggestive view over the Lungomare Vittorio Veneto. The project has been conceived since the beginning in order to enhance and recover the "Art Nouveau" style of the building, through a careful conservative restoration project.
